What to Include
- Bicycle description (make, model, year, color, condition, additions);
- Buyer information (name, address, phone, email);
- Payment method (cash, check, credit card, other);
- Receipt number;
- Related invoice number (if applicable);
- Seller information (name, address, phone, email);
- Signatures of both parties;
- Statement that the bike is sold as-is and with or without warranty;
- Summary of charges:
- Cost of the bicycle,
- Cost of add-ons (if applicable),
- Subtotal,
- Tax rate,
- Total taxes due,
- Total amount due,
- Amount paid, and
- Outstanding balance (if applicable); and
- Transaction date.
